It works by opening narrowed airways (bronchodilation) and addressing underlying congestion or allergic reactions. Dasmanil Tablet contains the following actives
Theophylline A bronchodilator that relaxes the muscles of the airways (bronchial tubes), reducing inflammation to improve airflow and ease breathing
Ephedrine Hydrochloride : A decongestant and nervous system stimulant that helps reduce swelling in the nasal passages and further opens airways.
Chlorpheniramine Maleate: An antihistamine that blocks the effects of histamine—a chemical the body produces during allergic reactions. It controls sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes.
